What we do

We help you review the information on a filing notice, discuss insurance options and understand what to confirm with the insurer and the relevant state or court office. We focus on the questions that matter before you pay for a policy.

Who we work with

We speak with drivers dealing with a DUI-related matter, a lapse, an uninsured citation, a suspension or a requirement to show proof of financial responsibility. We also discuss situations where a driver does not own a car.

How we work: five principles

1. Listen first. We ask what your notice actually says.
2. Be clear. We explain what is known and what needs confirmation.
3. Do not promise a price. The insurer decides eligibility and premium.
4. Respect your situation. We keep the conversation practical and without judgment.
5. Separate the steps. Insurance, filing acceptance and reinstatement may be different tasks.

What we are not

We are an agency, not an insurance carrier. We cannot make a decision for the Kansas Department of Revenue, a court or another state authority, and a call with us does not itself restore driving privileges. Confirm deadlines and final requirements with the agency named on your paperwork.
